Services
Most of our installations are solid wood flooring, typically 2 1/4"-4" wide by 3/4" thick. Also available is plank flooring in 5"-7" widths. We offer a variety of wood species and grades such as: Red Oak, White Oak, American Cherry, Maple, Heart Pine, Hickory, Ash Brazilian Cherry and many others.
You will want to get many years of wear and enjoyment from your hardwood floors, and our expert flooring specialists can make this a reality by helping you select the most appropriate materials for your home or business.

Materials
It is our goal to provide our customers with quality products. We order from reputable distributors with woods that are expertly milled and kiln dried.

Sanding
We begin this process by using quality sanding papers and abrasive products. It is important to remember..sanding and refinishing does create wood dust within your home or business. Our staff will take measures to control dust and sanding particles by turning off heating and air systems during sanding, opening doors and windows (if possible), and sealing doors and openings, taping off cabinetry and hanging drop cloths.  However, it is totally impossible to eliminate all of the dust created by sanding machines and other equipment.

Stains
We offer a wide variety of stain colors and we can custom-mix colors to fit your decor needs.

Finishes
We use only the highest quality finishes, such as oil-modified polyurethane. However, other finishes on the market are available. Consult with our staff for a finish that best suits your flooring needs.

Equipment Safety
We use only well-maintained, state of the art sanding and buffing machines, and take all necessary precautions to ensure that your walls, furnishings, cabinets, appliances, etc. are protected from scratches or other damage. Our workers are fully covered by workmen's compensation insurance liability.
If you are presently residing in your home, the following are some tips to make the installation and sanding process as smooth as possible for you and your family and to allow us to complete the project as rapidly as possible.

Before the project begins...
1. Remove all draperies, blinds or other window coverings that may come in contact with the floor.
2. Remove all wall hangings, i.e. pictures, mirrors, etc.
3. Remove all the furniture from the area if possible.

Please consult our staff if you need assistance moving furniture or removing existing carpeting. Beautiful wood floors add a warm and welcoming touch to any room in your home.
